WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?

WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal. PayPal allows for secure payments and protects both the buyer and seller in every transaction without personal information being shared.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
The time it takes to receive hair from our reliable and trustworthy vendor and perform quality control. The processing time (3-5 business days) starts immediately after paying for your order and receiving confirmation email. During this process we test the quality of our hair, and fix any issues with our vendor to ensure the best quality is given to our customers.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME AND WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF SHIPPING YOU OFFER?
NOTE: SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME
1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail (United States)
6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail (International)
Please expect and understand delays during sales periods & holidays.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail, which will contain shipment details for update, to include a link to USPS site and tracking number.
Shipping emails are always sent to email address associated with order details. Also, please ensure shipping and billing information match at checkout to reduce the likelihood of order delay. If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product (hair extensions), refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Order cancellations will generate a $25 fee which will be deducted from original payment amount. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours (reply within confirmation email) of original purchase date.
Returns are only accepted and replaced if there was an error and the wrong item was sent. Immediately after noticing error, please send us an email at krystelvirginhair@gmail.com and we will rectify the issue.
Krystel Virgin Hair reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns. By placing the order, you agree to our return policy and terms and conditions. Please email Krystelvirginhair@gmail.com for any other questions or concerns. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse to process, cancel and refuse to ship an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If any of the aforementioned occurs, we may reject your order. If your order is rejected, we will email you at the email address you provided during order confirmation. Please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order and your order will not be shipped. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Prices and products are subject to change at anytime.
