Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Scammers will not be tolerated and will be reported to your local authorities.

Due to COVID 19 and the nature of this product (hair extensions and lashes which are considered hygienic), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. These products cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS! If there has been an error and the wrong item was sent, we will exchange your product. Immediately after noticing error, please send us an email within 72 hours of receiving your order at krystelvirginhair@gmail.com and we will rectify the issue. We only accept exchanges on products that have not been worn, washed, or any other physical or chemical alterations (not limited to finger combing, combing, brushing, cutting, coloring, wig creations, etc.).The product has to be in the same condition as it was sent to you. By performing any of the aforementioned actions the exchange process will be voided.

Order cancellations will generate a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from original payment amount. Cancellations are only accepted if order has not yet been fulfilled or within 48 hours of original purchase date, which ever one happens first.

Krystel Virgin Hair reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized exchanges.
